Our online asynchronous workshop will be one of many exciting virtual workshops taking place as part of the world conference and will explore the topic "Sustaining Continuity for Positive Change". Within this theme we are inquiring into what sustains positive continuity/momentum for change that leads to massive innovation.

We have all been involved in workshops, conferences and planning processes where we have generated innovative plans to reach our goals, only to find that after those events the momentum begins to wither on the vine. We have also experienced the opposite, when the energy and innovation created in the planning process has continued to build after the event, spiraling into greater levels of achievement.
Our inquiry is into the question of why this has happened. What has enabled this sustained continuity for positive change? What you will get from this workshop is an opportunity to work with other online colleagues to inquire into this question using an Appreciative Inquiry 4D process.
Through all of our shared stories and experiences of successful sustained implementation and our dreams for what such implementation could look like, we will develop a deeper understanding of how the energy and innovation created in the planning process can build after the event and spiral into ever greater levels of achievement that lead to flourishing destinies. We will co-create insights and understanding that we can take away to apply within our own organizations and projects in order to create sustained continuity for positive change and innovation at the scale of the whole.
